The terms and conditions (T&Cs) are an important part of my work. They serve to protect both my clients and myself as a photographer, and to establish clear agreements. The T&Cs contain details about the services offered, prices, payment terms, as well as the conditions for contract conclusion, cancellation, and withdrawal. The T&Cs must be individually formulated and tailored to my business. To ensure they comply with legal requirements, I recommend having them reviewed by an experienced lawyer.
